Dr. Manvi Dhyani
Sports Physiotherapist in Delhi

Founder and Clinical Director at H.O.M.E — House of Movement and Excellence, Saket.

Dr. Manvi Dhyani is a sports physiotherapist in Delhi with over 12 years of clinical experience working with national sports teams and Olympic pathway athletes through the Sports Authority of India. That same standard of care is now available to every patient who walks through the door at H.O.M.E.

She did not choose sports physiotherapy for the career. She chose it because she understood what sport means to the people who live it and what it truly costs them when their body fails them at the worst possible moment.

Why Dr. Manvi Dhyani built H.O.M.E.

Sports physiotherapy is not just anatomy. It is sports science. It is understanding how a wrestler loads their knee differently from a cricketer and how a boxer’s shoulder demands something completely different from a runner’s. The science behind human movement in sport is what drew Dr. Manvi to this field and what has kept her here for over twelve years.

After completing her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at Jamia Millia Islamia she went on to work with the Sports Authority of India treating athletes on the Olympic pathway. She worked with the National Hockey Academy, the National Archery Team and the National Shooting Team. These were athletes for whom physical performance was everything. The margin for error in their rehabilitation was zero.

That experience set a standard. When she founded H.O.M.E in April 2024 that standard came with her. Today H.O.M.E serves athletes and active individuals across Delhi NCR and the Haryana belt who need more than a generic physio clinic can offer.

At H.O.M.E every patient is treated as an individual. Not a condition. Not a body part. The approach is personal from the very first minute. Dr. Manvi Dhyani and her team take the time to understand where you are, what your body demands and what the best possible path forward looks like for you specifically.

Founded H.O.M.E — House of Movement and Excellence

Built a clinic in Saket where every patient gets one dedicated doctor, one full hour, every single session. No compromise. No rotation. No generic treatment.

What drives the H.O.M.E clinical team.

Every patient deserves undivided attention.

One doctor. One patient. One hour. This is not a luxury at H.O.M.E. It is the foundation of rehabilitation that actually works. When a physio is managing three patients at once nobody gets their best. Our patients always get everything.

The goal is always return to full function.

Pain relief is the beginning not the end. Every rehabilitation programme at H.O.M.E is built around one question. What does this person need to do when they recover and are they truly ready to do it? We do not discharge patients who are merely pain free. We discharge patients who are ready to move fully again.

Personal connection is part of the treatment.

When a patient feels known and understood they trust the process. When they trust the process they recover better. Every doctor at H.O.M.E builds a real personal connection with every patient. You are never explaining your injury from scratch. Your doctor already knows you.

“We treat every patient as per the condition they are in. We look at what is genuinely best for this person not what is quickest or easiest. Our patients tell us H.O.M.E feels like a home away from home. That is exactly what we want it to be.”
— Dr. Manvi Dhyani, Founder and Clinical Director, H.O.M.E
